Is there any possibility of runaway reaction in Naphtha hydrotreater? the feed is contains olefins 4 wt% and sulfur around max 2000 ppm.

The answer is yes, although I rarely hear of a runaway in an NHT. Olefinic feeds are quite reactive and can exacerbate the problem. Note that you can start up using olefinic feeds with Eurecat's Totsucat CFP Sulfiding and Activation service. The CFP treatment (Cracked Feed Protection) has also been shown to decrease the deactivation rate caused by running olefinic feeds.
