There has been a technology of corra coatings in Pumps impeller which reduce the friction and ultimately the power consumption is reduced. What are the proven practical benefits and who are the vendors?

In my experience CORRO COAT is an epoxy laminating paint (coating) used for preventing corrosion and erosion (sea water systems where both sand and salts are present). This coat has nothing to do with energy consumption.
