In a centrifugal pump the seal flushing oil is supplied from external source. But whenever the discharge valve of the pump is closed the seal flushing becomes zero.

Suction is full open still it becomes zero? Maybe something got chocked inside the pump. How is the flow path of FLO inside a pump?

What is the condition of suction valve at that time? If it is open then flow shall not become zero.
