I assume you want to pressure the fluid from one drum to the other drum using nitrogen.Take the static head from the bottom of the lower drum to the midpoint of the upper drum. Calculate the line loss at some flow rate, say 20 gpm. Convert the sum to psi. Using PV = nRT for the nitrogen, calculate the quantity of nitrogen to fill the lower drum and the piping
