Is there a heat transfer fluid that can withstand a temperature of up to 600 deg C plus?

As per the literature available, for temperature up to 1000 degC, we can go for liquid metals like mercury, sodium and sodium potassium alloys. Hot oils can be used over a range of -85 to 300 deg C.

There ARE heat transfer 'liquids' that can be used at very high temperatures--600C is such. However, they are NOT commonly used in refinery applications. The usable materials are 'molten salts' and molten sodium. (Molten sodium was used as the reactor coolant in the first commercial nuclear power plant--which was shut down only a couple of years ago, without incident of any kind, for over 50 years.) No 'organic' heat transfer will survive 600C operation.
