Why hysys process simulator don't have actual volume flow among inputs, when you have only the volume flow, although the stream is gas you must put the liquid volume flow, so i make manually calculation before i put the value to prevent errors?

Because the simulator needs a flow that is not property dependent. Mass and Molar Flow do that, as does the Liquid Volume Flow (which use the standard density). You can put standard/normal gas flows into the molar flow line. The simulator uses the composition, temperature and pressure to determine the gas density, so you can't use actual volume flow as an entry, because it would change if you changed the pressure or temperature (or the mass/mole flow would need to change which violates fundamental conservation laws.
