Theoretically the 3-phase centrifuge should behave as a "combined" horizontal and vertical centrifuge. In my opinion the real question is: "Is the centrifuge effective in oily sludge dewatering ?" In some cases it won't be. Furthermore, dewatering will only reduce sludge amount, but the rest of the sludge is to be disposed of. We developed a novel technology to transform the sludge into fully reusable product. The sludge is chemically transformed into a stable product, with a very low amount of water, which is fully reprocessable. Our technology eliminates the problem of centrifugation from the very ground.
