Is there any effect of coil steam to improve vacuum bottom viscosity introduced in a vacuum furnace?

No. The coil steam and the stripping steam does, however, affect the cut point between the gas oil and the bottoms product. That cut point, if it shifts, does affect the viscosity of the bottoms product.
