1.What is the expected heat loss ( drop in temperature) from the main fractionator bottom to the furnace inlet in coker unit with some recycle?
2.How does the Cp value of the bottom stream of MFC change when the recycle ratio changes?

The heat loss of the main fractionator bottoms stream on the way to the furnace will depend on the insulation of the line and quality of the insulation and the flow rate. There is no intrinsic reason for a drop in temperature of that stream other than plain old heat loss. The Cp of the combined stream (freshfeed + recycle) will not vary significantly because the amount of recycle is small compared to fresh feed and the Cp of recycle are both small.
