To increase the energy efficiency of Steam turbine, we take it in extraction mode from total condensing mode. When we tried to increase the extraction steam flow, the turbine exhaust temperature increased. Why does the turbine exhaust temperature increase at these conditions?

If I understand your question correctly, it is an extraction/condensation turbine. If you increase extraction steam flow beyond which the extraction steam line is hydraulically designed for; then the extraction steam pressure would increase.

As you increase the steam to the turbine, it becomes less efficient. Lower efficiency means less energy extracted per pound of steam, so the exhaust steam has an increasing energy content as the flow increases. The higher energy content shows up as higher temperature.
