We have cooling water contermination. Few drops of oil observed on the water surface. The water is dark and some particles observed on filter paper. Water turbidity becomes high. How can we identify the exchanger leaking?

Water in and out samples from each cooler & condensers (handling hydrocarbon) needs to be analysed for oil content and pinpoint the one leaking. The one, whose oil content is considerably high as compared to that in inlet is the cooler/condensed leaking.
