Is there an international specification for LPG especially with respect to ratio of Propane to Butane. Is there any limitation in using 100% Propane as LPG?

NO. No.
Each regional market has 'norms' and some have industry specifications, and most large customers have specific tests and test result requirements. For instance, in the U.S., a 'market standard' for HD-5 propane is 95% minimum propane, so specified to ensure high octane number for high compression farm and industrial engines.
Many areas will have vapor pressure specifications (maximums in hot areas). Winter specifications will include maximum N-butane content or maximum initial boiling point say 0 deg.F, to ensure enough vapor pressure for starting and home heaters.
Corrosion specifications are pretty universal as are restrictions on mercaptans and disulfides as those attack the 'rubber' components in LPG fuel system in addition to causing nasty odors and toxic emissions if open fired in closed spaces.
