What special earthing is normally provided in the LPG sphere for the elimination of electrostatic charges?

The atmosphere inside LPG tanks does not have enough oxygen to be explosive or combustible. Therefore, no provision for discharge of static electricity is required.
It seems that jet, kero, and diesel are the products which can be dangerous. The vapor space above kero/Jet A is almost always in the explosive region. Diesel vapor space is almost always too lean to support combustion. The vapor space of gasoline is too rich to burn. The vapor space above C-9 aromatics MAY be in the combustible/explosive region, depending on temperature.
