What are the methods to estimate cracked gas production in Vacuum Column (or Heater)?
Are there any correlations in the form of other process parameters?
Can anybody suggest the literature regarding this?

You can use co-relation given in “Refinery process modeling" by Gerald L. Kaes, first edition.

In the 1960s, I believe it was, Fluor collected operating and lab data from a number of operating vacuum units running a variety of crudes. From these data, curves were drawn to use to estimate the following rates and compositions to be able to specify the eductors for new unit designs: - Air leakage - non-condensibles from cracking - condensible hydrocarbons from cracking - dissolved gasses in feed - Steam - vaporized top tray liquid - entrained top tray liquid The curves were very useful for many years. You might see if the contractors have updated this method for use today.
